Part 2- Well now you've started!

Okay, so now you have started. And are there so many different levels to that statement. Sometimes to start merely means that you have thought about it. By other definitions, you may have been thinking about it for several days, months or years. Yes, that is right, years. To be clear, for all purposes, it does not matter what stage you are in, or how you arrived, you have achieved one of the greatest feats, STARTING.


Congratulations. Now what?


As for my journey, this means that I will be exuding consistency in writing to my audience. If you are reading this, you are my audience. My audience might consist of my family, my friends, a current or previous fitness client, or colleague. And for this platform, I hope that it touches each of you in the way the universe has set out for it to. The Energy that Flows...


What is the "thing" that you are commiting energy to?


In health, I like to encourage my clients that even the smallest decision to live a heathy and balanced, or fit life starts literally with accepting where you are and putting more energy into a small goal than you have just minutes or days before. If you are consumed by what the goal is, then it often creates that paralysis we spoke of in my previous post. You may never start. Focus on the somthing(s) to do rather than the outcome. The process will get you step by step closer to the outcome that you desire.
